Questions
Can I use an old photo of my mom or dad?
Yes, if the face is sharp, facing forward and not covered. A scan of a print works if it is clear. The photo must be at least 320 pixels on the short side.
Can I make one with my child?
No. Every person in the photos has to be an adult. Adult sons and daughters are fine.
How much does it cost?
$4.99 per video, paid once. There is no subscription and you do not need an account.
How long does it take?
Usually a few minutes. You can close the page: we email you a private link as soon as the video is ready.
What if the video fails?
