What we collect

The two photos you upload, the email address you give us, and the order itself (time, status, payment reference).

We do not see your card details: Stripe takes the payment and gives us a payment reference.

If you sign in we also keep the account record (email, and a password hash if you chose a password). Signing in is optional.

Who handles it

Stripe processes the payment.

Cloudflare hosts the site and stores your photos and videos in private storage.

Our video generation providers (EvoLink, and SeeAPI as a backup) receive your two photos through temporary links in order to make the video with ByteDance’s Seedance 2.0 model.

Resend sends the emails: the order link and the “ready” message.

How long we keep it

Photos are deleted 7 days after upload. Finished videos are deleted after 30 days.

Order records (email, status, payment reference) are kept as long as accounting and refunds need them.

Cookies and analytics

We set a session cookie only if you sign in. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

To limit abuse we keep a keyed hash of the connection address with each order, not the address itself.

Your choices

Write to support@zombiestory.buzz to have an order, its photos and its video deleted, or to get a copy of what we hold about you.
