Terms of Service

What the service is

ZombieStory turns two photos you upload into a short AI-generated video. Each video is a separate purchase of $4.99 (USD), paid once through Stripe. There is no subscription.

The video is a fictional, AI-generated scene. Faces, clothes and movement follow your photos closely but not exactly, and two videos made from the same photos will differ.

Your photos

You confirm that you have the right to use each photo and that every person in it has agreed to appear in the video.

Upload photos of adults or pets only, one subject per photo. Do not upload photos of children, nudity or sexual content, or photos meant to harass, deceive or impersonate someone.

We may refuse or remove an order that breaks these rules, and refund it.

The video you get

You may download the video, post it and use it, including commercially, as long as you had the rights to the photos. We do not claim ownership of your photos or your video.

We keep the finished video for 30 days. Download a copy.

Failures and refunds

If a video fails you can retry for free, up to 3 tries per order. If it still does not work we refund you. See the refund policy.

Limits

The service is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that a video will look like a specific person or match a specific idea.

Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
