When a video fails

If the video cannot be made, your payment stays on the order as a credit and you can try again for free, up to 3 tries per order. We email you when a try fails.

If the tries run out or you would rather have your money back, write to support@zombiestory.buzz with your order link and we refund the full $4.99 to the original payment method.

When a video is delivered

A delivered video is a digital product and is not refunded because it differs from what you imagined: likeness and movement vary with AI video.

If the video is clearly broken (for example, one person is missing, or the file does not play), write to support@zombiestory.buzz within 7 days and we redo it or refund it.

How long it takes

We answer within two working days. Refunds reach your card in a few days, depending on your bank.
